Return Window

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition
  • With proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used bedding items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Opened pillow or duvet products
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Clearance items (if marked final sale)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos
  • We will arrange replacement or refund

  3. Wait for return authorization
  4. Ship item to provided address

Return Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping unless item is faulty
  • We recommend tracked shipping
  • We are not responsible for lost returns

Refunds

  • Processed after inspection
  • Issued to original payment method
  • May take 5–10 business days

Exchanges

We replace items only if defective or damaged. For size or preference changes, please return and place a new order.
